The mission of Pegasus Biotech is to work with clients to bring cutting edge innovation to the global human and animal health markets, utilizing their expertise to ensure that development activities for client projects, in the proof-of-concept stage or moving into production, result in commercially viable products that are compliant with global regulations. The requirement to have commercial viability and compliance with global regulations are the guiding principles of the QMS at Pegasus Biotech. It is incredibly important, that any development work that may end up before a regulatory authority meets or exceed the requirements of that regulator and must be assessed for each project. Similarly, as customer satisfaction is also of paramount importance to Pegasus Biotech, every project should meet or exceed their expectations for quality.

To that end, Pegasus Biotech makes the following commitments to their customers:

1. To ensure compliance to all pertinent regulations as required.
2. That all staff working on a client project will do so in a safe, competent, and ethical manner.
3. All data and confidential information will be kept secure and destroyed or returned to the client at the end of the project.
4. Good documentation practices (GDP) and good research practices (GRP) will be followed for all projects.
5. All lab equipment will be kept in good working order and calibrated as required.
6. QA oversite personnel will be experts in the field.
